KP Baraich

KP moved to Alberta from India with his family when he was very young. His strong family values have shaped him into the caring, compassionate man he is today. In his spare time, KP volunteers at the food bank in collaboration with the University of Calgary by running a collection site for food drop off. He also keeps busy hiking, doing archery and reading. KP also enjoys assisting with events in his community.

KP enjoyed his time working at a community centre in events planning. His attention to detail assisted in his role to approve rules and regulations pertaining to particular events. His interest in showing properties was ignited when he took on the responsibility of touring the venue to prospective clients. KP’s role at the community centre further spurred his passion for working with clients to understand their needs and going above and beyond to exceed expectations.

While completing his medical degree, much of his time was spent working in a hospital caring for patients. Working with a variety of patients, provided him the opportunity to use his strong communication skills and caring nature to help others. His time at the hospital helped him develop his attention to detail, assessment abilities and understanding of client concerns. His experience in the hospital also allowed him to use and develop his natural skill of assessing needs to intuitively recognize what is required. He uses the same caring and attentive approach with his clients during the buying and selling process. This approach has proven to be the key to his success. Whether his clients are buying or selling a home, they know he can be trusted to take care of them.

KP will always work hard to make the experience of buying or selling your home enjoyable. He has a great sense of humour and prides himself on putting people at ease. KP truly is the realtor that cares!
